How the engagement reads
You receive an operating model, a charter, a RACI, a staffing plan and a 12-month roadmap. The deliverable is sized to your firm: 1.0 to 4.0 FTE depending on regulated headcount.
Where the office can be run by an existing risk or compliance team, we say so. Most mid-market firms do not need a new function. We will tell you when you do not.
The office charter is open-access. You can run it without us. We make money where boards want a chair with cross-firm pattern recognition.
