How the engagement reads
You receive a working system in your cloud, the controls evidence to satisfy your audit committee and a knowledge-transfer pack so your team operates without us.
Engagements price on outcome. The fee is held in escrow against the agreed acceptance test and released on sign-off. Where the test fails, you pay the fixed minimum scope fee only.
Twelve weeks is a deliberate ceiling. AI strategies older than ninety days drift faster than they pay back. We hold the line on scope so the case does not stretch.
