The consultants who lead engagements

There are eleven principals at Exec × AI. They are listed by name. The principal you meet at first contact is the principal who delivers.

How the Council reads

You will not be assigned a junior team behind a senior face. The named principal is the lead delivery contact for the engagement and the audit-response contact afterwards.

Two principals are typically on each engagement: the sector lead and the regulatory lead. A third is brought in only on multi-jurisdictional or capital-markets-grade work.

Each principal carries a stated commitment of no more than three concurrent engagements. The figure is published and audited internally. Where a principal is at capacity, the engagement waits or moves to a colleague with full client agreement.
