Members receive a quarterly written board paper covering the AI risk position, the regulatory horizon and the recommended decisions for the next quarter. The paper is structured to be read and signed off in 20 minutes.

Members receive two structured workshops per year, delivered in person or remote, scoped to the audit committee and the risk committee respectively.

Membership is capped at a defined number of firms per sector to protect the value of the relationship and to manage conflicts of interest. We will say no to a sector peer if the conflict is material.
