How to reach the desk
Contact details for the founder's desk, the principals and the back office. Office hours are stated.
Founder's desk: replies within one business day. The dispatch desk runs from 06.00 to 19.00 GMT on working days.
Principals: reply directly to the named principal in the engagement. Out of hours and weekend cover is named in your engagement charter.
Procurement and back office: separate addresses. We do not use the same inbox for legal and founder's correspondence.
