Regional Sales Director — MENA

About the role

S.AI.L is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial growth across the Middle East and North Africa. This is a senior leadership role. You will own the MENA revenue target, manage a team of AI Relations Managers in the region, lead major bids and key account relationships personally, and build the commercial infrastructure required for sustained growth. The MENA region is a priority market for S.AI.L given the scale of national AI programmes, sovereign investment in transformation, and the pace of enterprise AI adoption across financial services, energy, and government

What you will do

Own and deliver the S.AI.L MENA revenue target across AI transformation advisory, AI governance, and enterprise AI strategy engagements

Lead a team of AI Relations Managers across the MENA region, providing coaching, oversight, and pipeline management

Personally lead the most significant client relationships, strategic bids, and major commercial negotiations in the region

Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and board-level buyers at the region's largest enterprises, sovereign funds, and government bodies

Develop regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with S.AI.L leadership, including sector prioritisation, partnership strategy, and event presence

Ensure all commercial activity adheres to S.AI.L's Code of Conduct, anti-bribery obligations, and responsible AI commitments

Report directly to S.AI.L leadership with regular pipeline and revenue reporting

What we are looking for

A minimum of 10 years of senior commercial experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology, with at least 5 years focused on the MENA region

A demonstrable track record of leading commercial teams and personally closing large, complex advisory or transformation engagements

Established C-suite and government relationships across the Gulf and broader MENA region

Deep understanding of the MENA enterprise AI landscape including national AI strategies, regulatory environments, and commercial norms

Strong leadership and people development capabilities — you build and develop high-performing teams

Eligibility to work in a MENA country without visa sponsorship

Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and structured to reward senior commercial leadership at the level this role demands. Specific terms are discussed during the interview process. Regional Sales Directors participate in the success they generate, with earnings directly linked to regional revenue performance
