How compensation works
Three revenue streams, one transparent model
Consulting revenue
Earn 10%, 60%, or 70% of gross fees depending on whether S.AI.L introduces the client, you deliver the work, or you bring your own client. Paid monthly in arrears
Senior commission
Regional Directors earn 2.5% of the 30% S.AI.L retains from team member billings. The more your team bills, the more you earn — aligned incentives
Transformational deals
Participate in net profit from large-scale AI transformation contracts (£80k–£3M). Commission rates from 5% (team split) to 10% (leadership)

6-month contractor, then permanent option
Start as an independent contractor. After 6 months, transition to permanent if both parties agree. No pressure, no penalties

S.AI.L pays all taxes in full. No avoidance schemes, no offshore structures. Transparent, compliant, and ethical
70% direct-to-consultant fee model
When you bring your own client, 70% of gross fees go directly to you. No hidden deductions, no platform fees
