AI Relations Manager — Global

About the role

S.AI.L is looking for an AI Relations Manager to join our global team. This role is for experienced client development professionals who have a strong international network and want flexibility in how they approach markets. You will develop relationships with enterprise clients globally, working alongside our regional teams and Principal AI Consultants to identify, shape, and close advisory engagements across AI transformation, AI governance, and enterprise AI strategy

What you will do

Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with C-suite and senior executive buyers at enterprise organisations globally

Develop a pipeline of AI transformation advisory opportunities relevant to your network and geography

Lead initial client conversations, articulate S.AI.L's value proposition, and translate business problems into scoped advisory engagements

Work with Principal AI Consultants to develop proposals and support the closing of commercial agreements

Build and maintain a strong professional network in the global AI and consulting ecosystem

Collaborate with regional AI Relations Managers and Regional Sales Directors to coordinate on global accounts

Provide market intelligence to help shape service positioning and global go-to-market strategy

What we are looking for

A proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value advisory or consulting engagements with enterprise clients

A strong professional network across C-suite and senior executive buyers — ideally spanning multiple markets or sectors

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build trust with sophisticated buyers

Genuine understanding of enterprise AI, data, and digital transformation

Experience in a consultancy, technology firm, or professional services environment

A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach — this is a remote, performance-based role with significant autonomy

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. AI Relations Managers retain 70% of the net fees generated from engagements they originate and close. At target utilisation, this represents a material improvement over equivalent base-plus-bonus structures at traditional consulting firms. There is no upper cap on earnings
