Most departments recover the engagement cost inside 12 months on FTE-time release alone, before any service-improvement counted. The basis is two central-government engagements.
Sovereign-AI cases (where the model and the data must remain in jurisdiction) are scoped against the available approved-supplier infrastructure. We will not deploy across an unapproved boundary.
