How the desk grows the next principals
A two-year apprenticeship for the analysts and consultants who will become the next named principals.
How the apprenticeship reads
You will see the curriculum, the milestones and the exit credentials. Where an apprentice contributes to your engagement, the principal carries the audit response. The apprentice carries the work.
We publish the apprenticeship because the talent question is the most common scale objection. Our answer is to grow the pipeline and to publish it.
Six apprentices in the current cohort. Two more start in October.
