Regional Sales Director — Europe Central
About the role
S.AI.L is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial growth across Central Europe, covering DACH, CEE, and adjacent markets. You will own the Central Europe revenue target, lead a team of AI Relations Managers, personally lead major bids and key accounts, and build the commercial infrastructure for sustained growth. The EU AI Act has created a major advisory opportunity and S.AI.L is well-positioned to serve enterprise clients navigating governance, compliance, and responsible AI deployment across this region
What you will do
Own and deliver the S.AI.L Central Europe revenue target across AI transformation advisory, EU AI Act compliance, and enterprise AI strategy engagements
Lead a team of AI Relations Managers in Central Europe, providing coaching, oversight, and pipeline management
Personally lead the most significant client relationships, strategic bids, and major commercial negotiations in the region
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and board-level buyers at Central Europe's largest enterprises across manufacturing, automotive, financial services, and industrial sectors
Develop regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with S.AI.L leadership, with particular focus on EU AI Act advisory services
Ensure all commercial activity adheres to S.AI.L's Code of Conduct, anti-bribery obligations, and responsible AI commitments
Report directly to S.AI.L leadership with regular pipeline and revenue reporting
What we are looking for
A minimum of 10 years of senior commercial experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology, with a focus on Central European markets
A demonstrable track record of leading commercial teams and personally closing large, complex advisory or transformation engagements
Established C-suite and board-level relationships across DACH and/or CEE
Deep understanding of the Central European enterprise AI landscape including EU AI Act implications, regulatory drivers, and sector-specific dynamics
Strong leadership and people development capabilities
Eligibility to work in a Central European country without visa sponsorship
German or another Central European language is highly advantageous
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and structured to reward senior commercial leadership at the level this role demands. Specific terms are discussed during the interview process. Regional Sales Directors participate in the success they generate, with earnings directly linked to regional revenue performance
