Regional Sales Director — Europe
About the role
Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L) is a UK-headquartered enterprise AI consulting firm (trading as Exec X AI, operated by Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L)). We are looking for a Regional Sales Director to own and lead our commercial growth in Europe. You will own the EU-based revenue target, personally lead the firm's most significant EU-based client relationships and bids, and build the commercial team required for sustained EU-based growth. Europe remains a highly active market for enterprise AI advisory and governance, and Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L)'s positioning at the intersection of AI strategy, responsible AI, and implementation makes us highly relevant to EU-based enterprise buyers
What you will do
Own and deliver the Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L) EU-based revenue target across AI transformation advisory, AI governance, and responsible AI deployment engagements
Lead a team of EU-based AI Relations Managers, providing coaching, oversight, and pipeline management
Personally lead the firm's most significant EU-based client relationships, strategic bids, and commercial negotiations
Build and maintain relationships with C-suite, board-level, and public sector buyers at Europe's largest organisations across financial services, government, professional services, energy, and healthcare
Develop EU-based go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L) leadership, including sector prioritisation, thought leadership positioning, and partnership strategy
Represent Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L) at EU-based industry events, government forums, and in the European AI policy debate as appropriate
Ensure all commercial activity adheres to Exec x AI (formerly S.AI.L)'s Code of Conduct, applicable EU regulations, and responsible AI commitments
What we are looking for
A minimum of 10 years of senior commercial experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology, with a strong EU-based client base
A demonstrable track record of leading commercial teams and personally closing large, complex advisory or transformation engagements with EU-based enterprises
Established C-suite, board-level, and public sector relationships across EU-based enterprise and government
Deep understanding of the EU-based enterprise AI landscape including EU AI Act, GDPR, and sector-specific regulatory drivers
Strong leadership and people development capabilities
Eligibility to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based and structured to reward senior commercial leadership at the level this role demands. Specific terms are discussed during the interview process. Regional Sales Directors participate in the success they generate, with earnings directly linked to regional revenue performance
