AI Relations Manager — Central Europe
About the role
S.AI.L is looking for an AI Relations Manager to build and grow our client base across Central Europe, covering markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and the broader CEE region. You will develop relationships with enterprise clients navigating AI transformation, with particular relevance to industrial, automotive, financial services, and manufacturing sectors where Central Europe has deep competitive stakes in AI adoption
What you will do
Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with C-suite and senior executive buyers at enterprise organisations across Central Europe
Develop a pipeline of AI transformation advisory opportunities across target sectors including manufacturing, automotive, financial services, and industrial
Lead initial client conversations, articulate S.AI.L's value proposition, and translate business problems into scoped advisory engagements
Work with Principal AI Consultants to develop proposals and support the closing of commercial agreements
Build and maintain a strong professional network in the Central European AI, digital transformation, and consulting ecosystem
Represent S.AI.L at regional industry events and in public forums as appropriate
Provide market intelligence to help shape service positioning and Central European go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for
A proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value advisory or consulting engagements with enterprise clients in Central Europe
Deep professional network across C-suite and senior executive buyers in DACH or CEE markets
Understanding of the Central European regulatory environment including EU AI Act implications, GDPR, and sector-specific compliance
Genuine understanding of enterprise AI, data, and digital transformation
Experience in a consultancy, technology firm, or professional services environment
Eligibility to work in a Central European country without visa sponsorship
German or another Central European language is advantageous
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. AI Relations Managers retain 70% of the net fees generated from engagements they originate and close. At target utilisation, this represents a material improvement over equivalent base-plus-bonus structures at traditional consulting firms. There is no upper cap on earnings
