AI Relations Manager — EU
About the role
S.AI.L is looking for an AI Relations Manager to build and grow our client base across the European Union. The EU AI Act has fundamentally changed the enterprise AI landscape — creating significant demand for independent advisory services across risk classification, conformity assessment, governance architecture, and responsible deployment. You will develop relationships with enterprise clients who need to navigate this environment with confidence
What you will do
Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with C-suite and senior executive buyers at large enterprise organisations across EU member states
Develop a pipeline of AI transformation and AI governance advisory opportunities with a focus on EU AI Act compliance and responsible AI deployment
Lead initial client conversations, articulate S.AI.L's value proposition, and translate regulatory and commercial AI challenges into scoped engagements
Work with Principal AI Consultants to develop proposals and support the closing of commercial agreements
Build and maintain a strong professional network across the EU AI, regulatory, and consulting ecosystem
Represent S.AI.L at industry events, policy forums, and in public discourse on enterprise AI in Europe
Provide market intelligence to shape service positioning and EU go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for
A proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value advisory or consulting engagements with enterprise clients across EU markets
Deep professional network across C-suite and senior executive buyers in one or more EU member states
Strong understanding of the EU regulatory environment including the EU AI Act, GDPR, and sector-specific directives relevant to AI deployment
Genuine understanding of enterprise AI, data, and digital transformation
Experience in a consultancy, technology firm, or professional services environment
Eligibility to work in an EU member state without visa sponsorship
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. AI Relations Managers retain 70% of the net fees generated from engagements they originate and close. At target utilisation, this represents a material improvement over equivalent base-plus-bonus structures at traditional consulting firms. There is no upper cap on earnings
