AI Relations Manager — ANZ
About the role
S.AI.L is looking for an AI Relations Manager to build and grow our client base across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the commercial face of S.AI.L in the ANZ market, identifying and developing relationships with enterprise clients who are ready to begin or accelerate their AI transformation journeys. You will work closely with our Principal AI Consultants to position and close advisory engagements
What you will do
Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with C-suite and senior executive buyers at large enterprise organisations across Australia and New Zealand
Develop a pipeline of AI transformation advisory opportunities across target sectors including financial services, energy, resources, and government
Lead initial client conversations, articulate S.AI.L's value proposition, and translate business problems into scoped advisory engagements
Work with Principal AI Consultants to develop proposals, and support closing of commercial agreements
Build and maintain a strong professional network in the ANZ AI, digital transformation, and consulting ecosystem
Represent S.AI.L at industry events, roundtables, and in public forums as appropriate
Provide market intelligence to help shape service positioning and regional go-to-market strategy
What we are looking for
A proven track record of developing and closing complex, high-value advisory, consulting, or technology services engagements with enterprise clients
Deep professional network across senior executive and C-suite buyers in Australia and/or New Zealand
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build trust with sophisticated buyers quickly
Genuine understanding of enterprise AI, data, and digital transformation — you can have a credible conversation about AI strategy with a CTO or Chief Data Officer
Experience in a consultancy, technology firm, or professional services environment
A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach — this is a remote, performance-based role with significant autonomy
Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand without visa sponsorship
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. AI Relations Managers retain 70% of the net fees generated from engagements they originate and close. At target utilisation, this represents a material improvement over equivalent base-plus-bonus structures at traditional consulting firms. There is no upper cap on earnings
