AI Relations Coordinator
About the role
The AI Relations Coordinator is an early-career or transitioning professional who is developing their expertise in enterprise AI client development. Working alongside our AI Relations Managers and Regional Sales Directors, you will support the identification and qualification of new client opportunities, coordinate outreach and follow-up, and build the skills needed to progress to an AI Relations Manager role. This is an excellent entry point for individuals who want to build a career in enterprise AI consulting and client development
What you will do
Support AI Relations Managers and Regional Sales Directors in researching and identifying target clients and decision-makers
Coordinate outreach sequences, follow-up communications, and meeting scheduling
Prepare briefing materials, capability decks, and tailored presentations for client meetings
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and client engagement in our CRM
Support proposal development by conducting background research, drafting sections, and formatting documents
Monitor industry news, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to provide intelligence to the team
Progressively take on direct client conversations and relationship ownership as you develop
What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, client services, or related commercial role — or a strong academic background with relevant internship experience
Genuine interest in enterprise AI, data, and technology transformation
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you are clear, professional, and persuasive
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
A growth mindset and willingness to develop commercial skills over time
Eligibility to work in your country of residence without visa sponsorship
Compensation & progression
This is a commission-based role. AI Relations Coordinators retain 70% of fees generated from engagements they originate. As you develop your client relationships and close your first engagements, your earning potential grows. High performers will progress to AI Relations Manager with increased responsibility and a larger independent portfolio
